The provisions of these regulations apply to both genders. The use of the masculine form is for convenience only.

The user of the site confirms and declares that he has read the site's regulations and that he expresses his agreement to the terms of the regulations.

If the terms of the regulations are not acceptable to the surfer, the surfer must refrain from making any use of the site.

The images appearing on the site are for illustrative purposes only.

Any use of the content on the site is the sole responsibility of the user.

Dr. Kovel will not bear any responsibility for any damage caused to the surfer and/or any third party due to the use of the information published on the site.

Content published on the site belongs solely to Dr. Kobel and the surfer is not permitted to create, reproduce, copy and/or make any use of it without obtaining prior written consent from Dr. Kobel.

By providing the user's details on the site, the user hereby agrees that Dr. Kovel will be entitled to contact the user by telephone, email and other means. The user's details will not be disclosed and will not be used further for marketing purposes by Nofim entities or other companies without permission.

Responsibility, security and privacy: Dr. Kobel takes standard precautions to maintain the confidentiality of information as much as possible. The user's personal information (name, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.) will be stored in the database of Dr. Kobel and its authorized suppliers. The site is a secure site, meaning that the data entered into the system by customers during registration and/or browsing will remain confidential and secure. It is clarified that since this involves performing actions in an online environment, Dr. Kobel cannot guarantee complete immunity from intrusions into his computers or the disclosure of the stored information by perpetrators of illegal actions. Therefore, if a third party manages to penetrate information retained by Dr. Kobel and/or misuse it, the user will not have any claim, claim or demand against Dr. Kobel. Likewise, in cases arising from force majeure, Dr. Kobel will not be liable for any damage of any kind, indirect or direct, caused to the user or anyone on his behalf, if any information provided is lost or reaches a hostile party and/or is used without authorization. Dr. Kobel undertakes not to use the information of users registered on the site except for the purpose of maintaining contact with the user. Notwithstanding the above, Dr. Kobel will be entitled to transfer a user's personal information to a third party in cases where the user has committed an act or omission that harms and/or may harm Dr. Kobel and/or any third parties, the user has used Dr. Kobel's services to commit an illegal act, if Dr. Kobel receives a judicial order ordering him to provide the user's information to a third party, as well as in any dispute or legal proceeding.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel only. The courts with subject matter jurisdiction in the city of Tel Aviv-Yafo shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute between the parties in connection with the Site and/or these Terms and Conditions and/or arising therefrom.
